There is no easy answer to that question – it depends firstly on how much weight you have to lose in the first place, how much you stick to the Herbalife meals, and how active you are in your daily life. Naturally, the more you follow our meals and watch what you eat for your regular meal, and the more active you are, the faster you will lose weight. Also, it is important to keep in mind that the closer you get to your ideal weight, the slower you will lose weight.
